Usually, we have all our products in stock and we deliver very fast. However, since our production capacity is limited (we work by hand), we set a broad term delivery. But generally we won´t take that long. If you have any questions, please contact us before ordering.

All our shipments are checked thoroughly. If, however, you receive a wrong or defective product, please contact us as soon as possible. Daba Disseny Barcelona will make the change as soon as possible.

REFUNDS
As soon as we receive your parcel and verify that it satisfies the requirements listed above, we will send you an email. The amount will be refunded within 10 days using the same method as your original payment.

Resolution Law and Returns
The return of any goods will require the agreement of both parties. Daba Disseny Barcelona reserves the right to seek compensation to offset the possible damage suffered by the goods and to recover direct expenses incurred for the return. Daba Disseny Barcelona only accept the return of goods if:
1 - In the period marked by law for this purpose, the buyer exercises his right resolution. Daba Disseny Barcelona accept the exercise of that right exclusively when the goods were in the same state that was delivered and ready for sale, with their corresponding original packaging when they were in perfect condition, and having fulfilled the requirements that describes the delivery point.
2 - The goods were defective: Daba Disseny will replace the product immediately by another with identical conditions and benefits.
3 - The goods delivered were not delivered on the advertised period of time when purchasing from Daba Disseny Barcelona.
4 - Daba Disseny will as well refund all charges, when in case of other causes not related to Daba Disseny made it impossible to serve/send the purchased item.
5 - Daba Disseny will accept the return of the item received by the customer does not match the item purchased by the customer.
These General Conditions will be resolved automatically by the termination of the Company or by submitting Daba Disseny Barcelona requests bankruptcy (voluntary or required), suspension of payments, loan competition, transfer of assets generally in favor of creditors, termination of the activities of society, or request quitatio waiting etc. ..
Under the provisions of the Retail Trade Act and regulated by the Community legislation (Directive 97/7/EC), Daba Disseny Barcelona award within 15 days for resolution or abandonment of the contract.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, Daba Disseny Barcelona accordance with the provisions of the Directive and the Retail Trade Act, may consider that when the products requested by the client and were clearly custom made according to customer specifications, or other than the time determined not supersede the right resolution or above these conditions generally prevail for both the contract of sale signed interpartes. This contract will be issued by Daba Disseny Barcelona and sent to the client in order to accept the terms in it and willing to renounce the General Conditions.
